Can I easily pause or cancel my subscription?
You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time up to the day before it is due to renew.
To do this, go to the "Subscription" section in your account. Choose your subscription and then click on "Pause my subscription" or "Cancel my subscription" below the list of products.

How will my subscription order be delivered?
We partner with FedEx Ground for all our deliveries. Our standard shipping time is 3-6 business days. Please always refer to your tracking link, which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email. You can also find your tracking link by going to your account and clicking on "Track Shipment" in the "Account" section. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.
Can I use a discount code on my subscription order?

How can I change the payment method and shipping address for my subscription?
